DOEP Irving TX Drug Offender Education Program
Individuals who are convicted of a misdemeanor or felony drug offense automatically have their licenses suspended for a period of six months in the state of Texas. In order to reinstate their driver’s license, they must attend and complete a state-approved DOEP Irving TX. On The Road Again offers a variety of programs such as the Drug Offender Education Program. Our classes are led by caring, experienced counselors who are set out to give people the second chance they deserve.
The average Irving TX Drug Offender Education Program is 15 hours. The classes are held three hours a day for five days and are taught by our counselors. Many topics are discussed in the class such as how drugs work, the costs of drug use, health issues
Through our DOEP Irving TX, we hope to accomplish the following:
- Help individuals identify their patterns of drug use
- Assist individuals in creating a personal action plan
- Reduce the probability that the individual will be engaged in illegal activities
- Identify resources at the state and local level
- Teach individuals how to get their lives under control
- Reinstate the individual’s driver’s license
